The Yamaha U1 is the most popular upright piano found in practise rooms and teaching studios, it is a perfect height to produce good dynamic range and tone but not overpower a space. This one in particular was manufactured in 1969 and presents in good condition. It has a couple of very minor scratches which are expected from the age of the piano, but all internal components are in very good conditon with little play wear and plenty more life to give. It features a sensitive and light action and a strong bright tone.
