Everyone at DW Music understands the excitement of having a new piece of gear on the way, so we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

DISPATCH PROCESS

Here at DW Music we are very proud to have a website that is frequently synchronized with our point of sale system over the day. This ensures that our website is completely up to date and items are in stock and ready to ship, minimising frustrating delays.

Orders generally take 1-2 business days to process and dispatch. Upon dispatch, you will receive tracking details for your order via email. When an order is delayed, we will be in contact with you to give you an update.

Orders are dispatched from our onsite warehouse in Fyshwick, ACT using StarTrack Express, Australia Post eParcel and Cope Sensitive Freight.

All orders sent via StarTrack, Australia Post and Cope Sensitive Freight include tracking and require signature on delivery.

Deliveries take place during business hours, and someone must be in attendance to accept delivery. If someone will not be at home to accept the delivery, you are required to provide a work or business address where the delivery will be able to be accepted. DW Music reserves the right to pass on costs to the customer for second delivery charges.

As StarTrack Express is a courier service, items sent via this method are unable to be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices.

If you would like us to ship an order at a later date, please get in contact with us to organise a preferred day of dispatch. 

For your peace of mind, all shipments include full transit insurance.


SHIPPING COSTS

DW Music offers subsidised shipping rates Australia wide via our two main carriers, Startrack Express & Australia Post. 

Shipping costs can be easily calculated during checkout by simply entering your shipping address and selecting your address from the dropdown suggestions that appear once you start typing. Incorrect details may cause shipping options to be incorrect or not appear at all.

If you are unsure about the shipping cost, please do not hesitate to contact us.

CLICK AND COLLECT

We offer Click and Collect for all orders. Once your Click and Collect order has been processed, you will be notified by email informing you the order is ready for collection at the store in Fyshwick.

Please have your order confirmation email or order number ready for the staff when collecting alongside a form of ID.
