An exceptional opportunity to own a premium Japanese-made Yamaha C7X grand piano at a remarkable price.

Manufactured in Japan in 2015, this impressive 227cm grand piano belongs to Yamaha's current-generation CX Series, sharing the same fundamental design and specifications as its brand-new counterpart.

Originally supplied by DW Music to a respected local Canberra institution, this instrument has recently returned to us as part of the institution's scheduled ten-year piano replacement program.

Having been used sparingly for performances, the piano remains in excellent mechanical and musical condition, with minimal evidence of wear to its internal components. Its impressive 227cm length delivers outstanding tonal depth, clarity and dynamic range, with the powerful, expressive character that has made Yamaha's C7 grand pianos a longstanding favourite among professional musicians, performance venues and institutions worldwide.

What makes this piano particularly special is the value it represents.

During its time at the institution, the piano acquired some cosmetic marks to its polished exterior, primarily around the front corners and lid, associated with being moved between performances. These are purely aesthetic and do not affect the instrument's sound, performance or playability. We've included detailed photographs to provide a clear representation of its presentation.

While these minor imperfections are reflected in the asking price, they also create a fantastic opportunity for a discerning buyer. With an estimated market value of approximately $55,000 for an example in excellent cosmetic condition, this C7X offers exceptional value for anyone prioritising musical performance and quality over a flawless exterior.

A magnificent, professional-grade Yamaha grand piano offering outstanding performance, exceptional value and the opportunity to own a world-class instrument for considerably less than its replacement cost.
