Built with premium sets of Bearclaw Sitka spruce and AA-grade Indian rosewood, this custom model delivers an inspiring blend of power, nuance and playability. Its Grand Orchestra body shape provides the foundation for a commanding yet remarkably balanced voice. Indian rosewood back and sides contribute deep, resonant lows and clear, bell-like trebles, while the Bearclaw Sitka spruce top adds warmth, articulation and wide dynamic range. Inside, Taylor's Advanced Performance bracing applied with traditional hot hide glue enhances warmth, midrange presence, volume and sustain. Visually, the guitar’s appointments underscore its custom character, headlined by bloodwood binding, purfling and armrest that lend a striking contrast while providing a smooth, comfortable playing experience. The rosette and fretboard inlays feature the legacy LB motif originally designed by Larry Breedlove during his time with Taylor Guitars. A bone nut, bone saddle and stained bone bridge pins with red Australian opal dots are thoughtfully incorporated to complement the instrument’s voice and appearance.
