These dual-purpose footswitch encoders put an entire amp-face of controls at your fingers all at once. The encoders twist like real knobs in your hands, and the switches stomp every bit as quickly and reliably as traditional footswitches.
Using advanced mechanical design and manufacturing techniques, the Quad Cortex packs its unbelievable power into an extremely compact format, boasting a wide array of I/O options: Combination TS/TRS/XLR, dual effects loops, 1/4-inch output jacks, XLR output jacks, headphone ouput, MIDI in and out/thru, as well as dual expression pedal inputs.
OS UPDATE: CorOS 3.0.0 is now live, bringing the highly anticipated Plugin Compatibility (PCOM) along with several enhancements. It is recommended that all Quad Cortex users update to CorOS 3.0.0. Ensure you create a backup before updating and disconnect Cortex Control 1.1.0 to avoid conflicts. Start the update via Settings > Device Options > Device Updates on your Quad Cortex with a stable Wi-Fi connection. The process takes 30-35 minutes and includes several reboots. After updating, refresh your plugin licenses if needed. Update brings compatibility with Archetype: Gojira X and Archetype: Plini X. For more information, click here.
