SlideRIG lets you layer your dry signal with the compressed outputs from each of two stacked Cali76 stages, for the ultimate in parallel compression. A must-have effect for slide players, SlideRIG is equally comfortable with conventional guitar setups, offering thick, fat sustain with perfect clarity.
LIMITLESS, SHIMMERING SUSTAIN
The original SlideRIG was inspired by the Little Feat frontman Lowell George, who created his trademark slide tones by recording through a pair of 1176 compressors chained together. The SlideRIG’s unique “clean overdrive” capabilities – full, fat and sustaining yet beautifully clean – add unbelievable touch-sensitivity to lap steel playing, supercharge your slide guitar and supply sustain to pedal steel that goes on for days.
EVOLUTION OF A CLASSIC
Improving on previous SlideRIG models was no small feat, but SlideRIG Compact Deluxe Mk2’s intuitive ATT/REL control gives you the freedom to shape the transient of each note, from smooth, uniform sustain to a refined and percussive pick attack.
MIX IT UP
SlideRIG makes it easy to dial in great sounds without having to worry about complex signal routing. The DRY, STAGE 1, and STAGE 2 controls let you mix together different flavours with each compression stage adding more thickness and sustain to your tone. Use the MASTER knob to easily change the overall output level, and use the INPUT and ATT/REL controls to fine-tune the character of the two compressors.

The SlideRIG Compact Deluxe Mk2 is a studio-grade FET compressor that uses the same circuitry as the renowned Cali76. This high-current, low-noise, discrete Class-A design delivers a fast, yet musically responsive compression that preserves and enhances your tone.

Housed in a hand polished, brushed stainless steel enclosure and furnished with aluminium controls, Neutrik jack sockets and heavy-duty footswitch, the SlideRIG Compact Deluxe Mk2 is at home on the road as it is in the studio.
