This Grotrian 122 upright was manufactured in Braunschweig, Germany and is a truly exceptional instrument. At only 122cm tall, the thunderous bass outperforms many uprights of a larger size, and the high quality Renner action gives the player complete control of the piano, allowing easy access to the extremities of the dynamic range. As well as playing and sounding beautiful, the piano is also very stable, contributed to by numerous manufacturing techniques, such as the X-braced backposts, strong pinblock, and moisture proof glues. This piano is ageing beautifully and will serve the next owner as if it were new.
