This guitar is in outstanding condition, presenting outwardly as entirely brand new. There are some light and very typical "black guitar marks" on the back and sides of the guitar, but no true scratches or finish imperfections besides the to-be-expected polishing swirls in the black Nitro finish. There is no wear to the neck or frets, and the guitar plays/functions as though new. It comes with the original Gibson hard case.
