Hiscox cases are constructed of a leather textured high impact A.B.S (Acrylonitrile Butadeine Styrene) hard plastic outer shell bonded directly to an inner molding manufactured from a unique `High Tech' plastic foam. The inner foam molding is semi-rigid, being soft enough to cushion the most delicate of instruments & yet firm enough to provide incredible structural rigidity when bonded to the outer shell. All Hiscox 'Lite-Flite' cases exhibit enormous crush strength (comfortably supporting the weight of 90kg).
