This guitar is in great shape, with just some light signs of use to show it as being second hand. Besides a handful of small playing and polishing marks around the guitar which are far too small to photograph, there are some light chips to the finish around the back edge of the guitar. It appears that it has rubbed against a seat whilst being played, and perhaps a few knocks from an input cable missing the jack on the guitar. There is light scratching on the headstock as well. None of the wear affects the guitar's playability or functionality. It plays and functions as though new, and comes with the original hard case.

The Les Paul Standard 50s has a solid mahogany body with a maple top, a rounded 50s-style mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard and trapezoid inlays. Its equipped with an ABR-1, the classic-style Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminum stop bar tailpiece, vintage deluxe tuners with keystone buttons, and aged gold tophat knobs. The calibrated Burstbucker 1 (neck) and Burstbucker 2 (bridge) pickups are loaded with AlNiCo II magnets, audio taper potentiometers and orange drop capacitors.
