The American Professional HotShot™ Telecaster® draws from more than seventy years of innovation, inspiration and evolution to meet the demands of today's working player.

Fender's popular Deep "C" neck sports smooth rolled fingerboard edges, a "Super-Natural" satin finish and a newly sculpted neck heel for a supremely comfortable feel and easy upper-register access. New V-Mod III Telecaster single-coil pickups deliver the twang, snap and snarl that made the Tele famous, now more articulate than ever. But the HotShot™ goes further: a specially placed V-Mod III Stratocaster® single-coil in the middle position pairs with 5-way switching to unlock a whole new dimension of Fender tone, while ClassicGear™ Precision™ Potentiometers deliver smooth, consistent control with custom torque, precise resistance and a musical taper for effortless, reliable performance. — from classic Tele bite to glassy Strat-inspired middle and in-between voices, all in one instrument.

The American Professional HotShot™ Telecaster delivers instant familiarity and sonic versatility you'll feel and hear right away, with broad ranging improvements that add up to nothing less than a new standard for professional instruments.
